Now more than ever we need to stand up for the planet and protect what we love. The Trump administration and the extremist GOP Congress are mounting an all-out attack on the environment and our civil liberties. The People’s Climate Movement is organizing a country-wide arc of action, culminating on April 29 in Washington DC in a powerful mobilization that will unite all of our movements for justice, peace and a sustainable planet. Each and every day, grounded in our unified resistance, we will advance our vision of what we as a nation need to do now to build a future with millions of good jobs, justice for communities and clean energy, air and water.

As a member of the organizing table of People’s Climate Movement NY, 350NYC is proud to sponsor buses to the PCM in Washington, DC on April 29. We invite you to march as a member of the 350NYC contingent to raise up our voices in defense of the planet.

We are offering seats at several different levels including free travel for students and participants with limited means. We also are planning to organize a coordinated “march within a march” to maximize our voice and visual impact and deliver a stronger message to those in power in Washington. Join us now to be part of this contingent.

NOTE: If you plan to march with another contingent for this march (eg. your faith group, union or college) you should check in with them about their plans for coordinated travel to DC before buying your ticket.

Climate justice – This march will highlight the interconnected struggles for a just society and a sustainable planet. You can read more about the national march organizers and the specific platform for the march at https://peoplesclimate.org/
