International Day of Peace, and gain inspiration and valuable tools for us to aid in the building of a sustainable peace on earth. Our 2016 Theme — Sustainability: Positive Local-to-Global Transformations at Every Level. * 10am-6pm – Indoor Student Exhibition & Table Displays * 10am-Noon – Interfaith Service * Noon-1pm – Persian Lunch (avail. $6/person) * 1-3pm – Workshops pertaining to various aspects of Peacebuilding * 3:30-5:30pm – Main Program with speakers and performers.

Established in 1982 at the Rose Bowl, Peace Sunday has continued annually since 1999 through the efforts of Unity-and-Diversity World Council (UDC). This year UDC is pleased to present its 18th Annual Peace Sunday, in cooperation with the IMAN Cultural Center, located in the Palms neighborhood of Los Angeles.
