Receive 15 minute guided meditations by email when you sign up at PeacefulCities.org. Choose to meditate at 7 am , 12 pm or 7 pm and you will be part of a collective coherent intentional meditation group sending peace to the south end of Albany, N.Y.. Data will be collected all week and results will prove the power of open heart coherent intwntions.
